So..about time I did some blogging!
I'm making badges for my folksy shop, which I'm trying to get updated asap!
Just cutting patterns now! :)

Zine artwork done,just needs to be photocopied and folded etc which I will you tomorrow..first 3 people  who tweets me @marquiscarabas will get a free copy!

To do list-

1- Relist and update things on my Folkys page...looking a bit dead at the mo...http://www.folksy.com/shops/floatingmarket

2- Buy lots of picture books. I have a very long list of things I'd like to buy, including... http://nosycrow.com/books/dinosaur-dig and lots of other books from Nosy Crow!
And the lovely picture book by http://www.julietclarebell.com/ who is doing an event in my shop on the 26th May!

3- Work on my Secret Project (see image in last post) and hopefully finish a first draft.

So finished A Rage in Harlem last night,its made me a fan! Can't wait till later in the year then the other titles are published. Next book, Fahrenheit 451..re-reading...can't really remember much fron the first time,but still remember the filn quiet vividly. Non fiction or a kids book next I think...also going to buy more books published by tara books,so beautiful!

So I blog now...who knew! Just reading A Rage in Harlem..really enjoying it so far,the language and pace are superb. Probably the best character names I've ever came across...sister of mercy being my favourite. Also still amazed at Harris Burdick...one of the most original and just plan puzzling books ever,I keep going back to it again and again! Now more reading then bed me thinks..ttfn
